First CRM 3.0 Customer Install

I installed CRM 3.0 on a customer’s system on Friday. This was a brand new installation on a relatively new server so went pretty smoothly apart from a problem with the SSL certificate which wasn’t correctly configured. I had pre-configured the system ready for 3.0 with a new website and crm admin and mail users and all fixes and service packs so I was fairly confident it would go OK. One thing that caught me out is the new reboot at the end of the installation.

The first CRM 3.0 upgrade we will be doing is on our own CRM system hopefully next week.
