What is FastTrack
Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s programme to assist customers in implementing Dynamics 365 with the aim of realising business value sooner.
FastTrack is guidance and advice on best practices, on planning rollout, and expanding capabilities.
FastTrack provides access to Microsoft resources to achieve customer success.

Eligibility
Only some customers are eligible and in true Microsoft fashion there are significant differences between Customer Engagement and Operations in terms of eligibility and also what is available
Customer Engagement
FastTrack for CE apps involves the following services:
- Technical talks
- Workshops
- Regular Touchpoints
A minimum of 250 seats are required.

Operations
Finance & Operations has two types of FastTrack service:
- FastTrack for cloud
- FastTrack for on-premises
FastTrack for Finance & Operations apps involves the following services:
- TechTalks
- Workshops
- Go-Live Assessment
- Community
- Dedicated FastTrack solution architect
A minimum of 20 seats is required, and 150 seats are required for the services with a
