MB-900 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals – Government

Microsoft Government Cloud is designed for US Federal, State and Local Government. Microsoft has created Microsoft Dynamics 365 Government for eligible government organisations that runs on the Government Community Cloud (GCC).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Government is currently restricted to just the following Apps:

  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Field Service
  • Project Service Automation

Features such as Social Engagement and Voice of the Customer are not available on GCC.
