Dynamics 365 for Talent is an App for handling processes around staffing your organisation. Talent enables organisations to move beyond traditional human resources (HR) management.
Office 365 and LinkedIn are used to enable organisations to find and onboard the right staff, quickly and efficiently.

Below are the main features of Dynamics 365 for Talent. This is not meant to be exhaustive but a fundamental level introduction to the App’s features.
Attract
The Attract App helps you identify, interview and hire candidates.
Onboard
The Onboard App brings new staff into your organisation successfully by setting expectations, providing the information they need and connecting them with colleagues.
Core HR
In Core Human Resources, you can
- Organise your workforce by departments, jobs and positions
- Manage leave and absence
- Manage Compensation plans
- Define Benefit programmes
- Manage employee performance
